The beautiful Glen Lyon, just to the north of the Ben Lawers mountain range, is a hidden gem and the valley continuing north along the River Lyon to Keltneyburn provides a variety of landscape, panoramic and macro photographic opportunities throughout the year. This includes the Fortingall Yew, thought to be between 3,000 and 9,000 years old and believed to be one of the oldest living things in Europe.
